First off I HAVE an active acct for your information. Second, it's so funny that I'm automatically labeled a "basher" of the game and it's players?  hhmmmm
When all these other guys express thier views or "bash"  as you call it, it just seems to be ok or just tolerated. I never stated I hated AH1 or 2. I have simply stated FACTS that are present within the game and the community. If there's any ONE group that has taken a beating  from the beginning it's LTAR

My my aren't we defensive. Notice I did not name anyone or any squad? Methinks you already knew about the rash of posts saying how much AH2 sucks and this and that that (mainly other LTARs, you are far from the worst basher in the LTAR squad) that has been spewed on Hitech's own BBS.

You see, I tried to start off by saying those who say "don't let the door hit you in the arse" are being rude. I also said I regret when someone or some squad feel the need to leave this game that we all (the vast majority at least) love so much. I've also never bashed the LTAR squad, you guys had real talent in a part of the game where I had none, and I mean NONE. But it wasn't more than one post later and here comes LTARrpts with another bashing thread (and I'll stand by that term, but you can call it whining if you prefer), even feeling the need to bash the game AFTER he says he's already left.

See? When you guys say the game sucks and say you are leaving for greener pastures, then come back here over and over to tell us how much HTC's code/game sucks it really makes you look petty and cheap. That is why so many say "don't let the door". I am starting to feel that way too now. if you wanna go then go, and REALLY GO, you are annoying!

but i understand if you cant skateboard...becuase

 1) you dont know what practice is
 2) Your phyisically challaneged and have no coordintaion

Let me give a example and see what everyone thinks.

Your climbing in your choice of planes to your chosen alt. As you get to that chosen alt you see a single  B17 below to your 2oclock. You roll her over and begin you dive. About 1.7 out the one B17 turns into 3 followed by a 190 that wasn't there as you started your dive. You fire on the now leading B17 and pass at 400mph. You extend and start to grab alt. As you check your 6 the 190 that wasn't there a min ago it not out climbing you,SOMEHOW, before you can do much about it your tail is gone.


Now I know many are asking what the Hell is he talking about.

A situation like this may or maynot have happened to some of us. where you spend time setting up to have the impossible happen.

But it happens all the time in GV's. You drive for over 30 min to get killed in a tiger by 50 cals.

This isn't about planes are better that GV's or the other way around. It's about being fair.   If a,,, lets say A5 could do everything better than everyother plane in here ,, AND SHOULDN'T,,, those that didn't fly the A5 would be pissed!!!

Thats what you get in a GV, the impossible,,,, over and over and over and over.

...like a tank commander being able to plink away with the mg while being straffed to hell and back.  That fool would be confetti, but you can do it all day in Pz's and not to mention the FP's.

If you are I don't understand your comment on PZ'S or FP'S being able to get straffed. I do think a plane should be able to take out a MG on any GV. Turret,,,,, Maybe only a couple out there,,,, but blow it up,,, NO ,,,HELL NO.

I think I am ******** about things I see as just plain wrong,,like:

50cals killing anyGV other than an M3

Bombs can take out GV's from way to far away

Tank rounds bouncing off M3's

GV's comming to a dead stop from 70mph going down a hill in N at the base of any hill. "should flip" or at least respond like in AH1

Il2's can take 2or more FP rounds without going down.

FP hit bubble

Gv's get stuck in a puddle of water,,"come on"

I enjoyed GV's Greencloud,as you enjoy planes nothing wrong with that. I flew much longer than I spent time in a GV,, over a year and a half,,,funny never ran into you.

I would have to agree, the tank commander or any poor sap using the MG would be cut to shreads if he were strafed by an A/C using anything stronger than a BB gun.

However, Panzer tanks were NOT killed {not the commander} but the tank itself by a strafing A/C using .303's or .50cal's.

Now there were specific A/C that were used in the war for attacking GV's, but they usually used rockets, bombs and very lrg caliber rounds. This is understandable.

Trust me, if there's any ONE group thats been strafed to death, it was LTAR. Been there, done that.
