Used to be Paintball (Quit playing just as Nitrogen systems came out) been debating about getting back into it, but I just spent insane amounts of money on it and lack of sponsers now would make it too damn expensive.

Now it's City of Heroes, GPL, sex and monkeys ;)

Miniature wargaming.

The history, science, researching battles and O/B's.

The terrain modeling and the painting of tiny military formations.

The never ending quest for the perfect set of rules.

Crisp fall sunrise, slowly manifesting its gold and purple and violet colors against scattered clouds, viewed through the variegated foliage of a hardwood forest, and surrounded by the nut-like aroma of a leafy-mold underfoot.  Oh, and accompanied by the distant bawl of a red-bone hound following a scent.

Have any moderns? I have a bunch of WW2 armour and a bunch of cold war Soviet armour. At one point I had a complete BMP moter rifle regiment.

Plan another trip out here after the 2nd Saturday in November.

We can fix your problem.  ;)

Salina is about 90 minutes from where I hunt.  ;)

In fact, my El Cheapo Coachman is parked in Salina right now. Going out next week to get it.

Getting my golf game back to where I could compete on a national level.  2nd or 3rd tier tour would be just fine.
