Welfare - Kerryesque Waffleism. I can be talked into agreeing that it is needed in some cases. However I believe it should be reduced drastically, by an order of magnitude. We need to get government expenditures down to about 10% of GDP to ensure the viability of our economy in the long run.
Gay marriage - Government should not regulate marriage in any way. If people want to make contracts with each other there are plenty of laws on the books to cover that already.
Prohibition - Individuals can determine what they want to put in their body. Government has no right to interfere.
Censorship - None of the government's business to tell us what to read or what to see or hear.
Prosititution - If two people agree to have sex it is not the government's business if they exchange money or anything else.
