The 'problem' with Africa is the Africans.  Violence and mayhem are so common it's hardly worth mentioning.  The world was in such a 'hissy fit' because a 'White' tribe ruled in South Africa but was confidently able to overlook the same policies in other countries run by 'Blacks'.  (Are you a Hutu or a Tootsie?)  

Europeans gave far more to Africa than they ever got back.   Now, it's probability the only region of the would that's 'de-evolving'.

Actually the US asked for a whole bunch of other countries to join us in Iraq even before the invasion..

And because they were doing very good business with Iraq a number of them said "non,"  as you guys like to mention all the time..

I disagree with this one ,the country who said "non" is still making a good (and better) business with a very more important customer than Iraq (who said the USA? ).
