I remember playing Cabal and F/A18 on my C64. Flying around San Francisco, under the GG Bridge and down Market Street is what started my addiction to flight games.

M.U.L.E.  One of the best games ever made!  My wife and I still play it a couple time a year.  Been looking for a decent version for Windows on the Internet since 95.

Anyone ever complete The Sword of Fargoal?  Once I got the sword, I could never make it back to the first level.
Do not attribute to malice what can be easily explained by incompetence, fear, ignorance or stupidity, because there are millions more garden variety idiots walking around in the world than there are blackhearted Machiavellis.

I still have three C64's in my garage that I pull out once in a while, but lately I've been using a C64 emulator for Windows.

You can find the emulator at: http://www.computerbrains.com/ccs64/

You can also find M.U.L.E. and a few hundred other games at:

My fav  LOAD"*",8,1 RETURN was a neat first person "flight combat sim" I think it was called SkyFox. Was put out by Electronic Arts.
I also liked Blue Max....could never make it passed the city limits...lol:D Man, are we dating ourselves or what.

Had VIC-20 as well.
