hahaha!  2fps :D

I enjoyed the stuka raid.  Didn't want to sit in a buff so I grabbed a P51D with Bigmax and proceeded to bag 7 wide eyed 163s, typhoons, and 190s :)

Teehee!! I made it into the first screenies!!

And about the 163's....holy god! There were tonnes of them!
163's, 262's, I even saw a 152 during the stuka raid. They must of thought they'd get some easy kills. I know I bagged a couple in each mission, and I'm nearly worthless! So the really good ones probably died aces :)

Between all the chatter and celebration, I remember hearing Lizard say "We're a nuke!" on vox.  I laughed :D

Im a knight and i thought it was fun.  Seeing that many b26s low was meat for 163s and 110s.

Why couldnt the stuka raid head to knight land, stukas easier to kill than b26s and dont have to worry about the guns on the stuka compared to the b26.

But my frame rate went down to 5 from 45 when i went into the huge formation.

Question, how did you guys assemble that many in two mission at the same time?  Did you have every rook fly in the missions?

Was that your(JBs) flight of 190s my 190 passed on my way to A38 to kill the last of your front line  barracks last night?

One of ya started to take off after me then let me go.
Shoulda kept after me. I never exapected to be able to complete my mission(barracks) And was astounded when I not only managed to kill both barracks in only 2 passes but also managed to actually get away ad then land at A32.
Plane ran outa gas just as I rolled to a stop.

Gotta congradulate the Knits on last night.
Considering the Rook numbers which at one time was up to 234 to the knits 130 and under constant heavy attack in the south east corner we only lost a total of 1 base.  And that was near the end of the night.

I know I killed barracks at at least 3 bases several times
Thanks to those who also helped keep em down.

One of my more interesting flights was when I jumped a group of about 10 ponies headed to 33 by myself. Saw about half of em dump ord. Nailed two of em  then on egress spotted a flight of Lancs and nailed all 3 of them.
Running like mad with a pony and another plane hot on my 6 loosing fuel I finally made it to the base for help where another knight cleared my 6.
My engine then ran outa gas so I tried to glide in to the airfeild. but just didnt have enough speed and I ended up ditching about 30 yards short

yeah that us earlier... figured whoever it was saw all the 190's (and the 110's a bit farther to the west) and said no way LOL.

yeah Mak .. i just didnt have any screenies to put up, got film being emailed to me and i'll work from there.

42 bombers in the mission wasn't even 1/4 of the rooks. why didn't we split it up? what's more impressive to see, tow small missions or the biggest bomber formation in AH MA ever?

next time we do the stuka raid it will be 50 minium i think. b26 probably could reach 60-70 on a good night too.

<> all again
I don't know what to put here yet.

Stuka's are not easier to kill.  On our stuka run of 30+ guys we had every plane make it to the HQ.  The 163's couldnt control their speed enough to hit the 87's.  The max speed at 14K with those things is like 180mph fully loaded.  In reality we lost more planes trying to make it to HQ in 26's than we did with the stukas =)
