My suggestion is to not worry about what ya eat.... Just start excercising. That'll prolly be enough.

Senna, you can try the sponge diet. Just drink water, no food. Hense its called the sponge diet.

10 lbs a year is normal for me, but im 15 and only am 130 lbs.

Then start losing weight through either weight lifting or strenous sport excercise.  Make it a lifestyle choice and a committment to it for the rest of your life. Miss a week or two every now and then, splurge on the junkfood, but return to your routine soon after your "binge".

November of last year I was down to 118 lbs from 180. You can do it - ya just gotta believe. :D

Around 185... I think 175 was about average for me.

I'm liftin' weights though, so it's no longer just fat.

South Beech, you get to eat steak, and spinnach, and then you get bread about 1-2 weeks into it...
