and if you travel the less traveled road its not all bad.

Love Flagler county...especially the oceanfront area
It is just north of Daytona

Cities are Flagler Beach, Ormond Beach, North Ormond Beach
Thats just a few of the oceanfront ones on A1A

He has a beautiful place on Lake of the Ozarks now, but he wants to simplify and downsize a little. He is nearing 80. (But his wife is 57. )
