I am not fond of how easy it is to kill troops and supplies. I liked it better when troops were on the airfield and in the town. Plus I don't like troops and supplies being under one entity, we should have supply huts. Though this has been said before by other people, I'm not fond of the fuel setup either, it should be more porkable. Overall this would give the Jabo guys more targets while allowing the resupply guys the ability to do their job as well. Just an idea, not a whine. Was wondering what the rest of you thought about it.

P.S. If a country is low on numbers then their fuel could only be brought down to 75%.

I wouldnt mind seeing troops and supplies seperated. I agree with that part.

But then what is to stop you from enabling troops by supplying from the damaged field?

I'm no programmer but I'm sure there is a way to prevent that. Maybe someone else could answer that.

P.S. We can't fix hangers and fuel from a damaged field if the troops are still up from the same field...can we?

I think the current setup has been working fine. Sure some goon flights have to take detours and long flights. But the bases still get captured plenty. The resets have been plenty frequent.
With the Numbers being closer the last 3 days. The game play seems nice and balanced. I for one as a bishop have found time to do other things besides Porking Troops and Ord every minute I am online.
The unfortunate part of it all is that i think the numbers are currently balanced because most players are logging off or just simply not logging on. I have been watching the Roster very closely and there are no significant numbers of players that have switched sides. In fact I have only seen a few.
Now that the Numbers are evened up a little, i suspect more complaints from Rooks about the seeming simplicity of porking troops and Ord.
But im sure they will learn to use logical defensive tactics that the Bishop and Nits have employed for some time now.
I just Hope the Rooks don’t have to do it 24/7 like Nits and Bishop had to for so long now.
Spending every minute Porking the NMEs resources get rather old when having to do it day and night month after month. Its not good for game play no matter which country you represent.
Instead its a more enjoyable to have a balanced employment of Defensive and Offensive tactics alike.

The main problem I see is that a lone La-7 will come in from over 20K and pass everyone who is defending and go strait for the troops knowing he won't survive. How can you defend against that?

P.S. I switched to Bish a few days ago just to be able to say I tried, but I find myself spending most of my time resuppling, more then I ever did as a Rook.

I was nit a while back and they were getting hammerd. Badly out numberd and the Bish and Rooks were taking bases left and right.

So I took up an La7 with the two little bombs. And started porking troops at bases. Hey, it was my day off and I was bored out of my skull.

I was porking 4-5 bases of their troops before dying. Depending on how far I had to fly and If I would die ining on a base with ack full up.

But I never just flew to one base, killed the troops and augerd after the job was done. The La7 worked perfectly for the job because you could WEP it almost all of the way there, climb to about 15k very fast and get the job done.

So i can easily see people flying to one base at a time, killing troops, augering and going to another base to do the same.

Yeah, I think tonight is the first time in a long time I haven't had to spend the whole night porking Rook troops/ammo either.
Made a nice change.
