Looks like the N1K has had it's balls cut off.  

Is it just a bug or did we lose 2 guns on purpose?

I heard last night that you could hit the \ and the second set of guns would appear but I could never get them back.

Could someone PLEASE let me know.

It still has 4 guns.

They are grouped in pairs, both fired by the primary fire key(F), instead of one group on primary, the other on secondary(B) as before.

So only 2 guns can fire at a time, but by pressing \ you cycle between the two groups.

Gremlins did it!

Which leaves us with the question....How come the nicki only gets to fire two guns at a time? Hopefully this bug ain't catching. I would think that if the 190 gets"sick" there won't be enough room on the bbs for all the posts.

N1K2 still is enough to kill good fights  

Turns way too good, has incredible cannons that breaks from 900 yards with one hit / part, its fast... it climbs fast... its DAMN tough to chew up...
I Do say that P-51 easier to down than N1K2...

900 yards? Possibly net lag, Fishu? I got my F4U's wing chewed off by a N1K (coincidence I think   ) a few days ago at D1.2... asked him how the hell he got his gunnery that good   He said it was just 500 yards on his FE.. serious connection problems have been reported recently, you sure it's not a case of them?

Fishu I'm sure it was net lag.

I fly the N1k alot and I never fire until they are within 600 unless it's a HO(which I try never to do)then I start firing around D1.

Sorry guys, but I am aware of netlag and I did count it...

I were faster than he was, he were stalling about the time he got that hit, I were extending quite good speed, then I hear almost no ping and part flies off..

Also this is couple times verified to be +800 yards hit by the enemy (2-4 hits and 1-2 pieces flies off)

Usually needs to be Co E or enemy has to be faster to make distance look further than guy in his FE is.

For this case, minimum distance was 800 yards -> maximum.

Fishu - I have to agree with you.  I have gotten numerous kills at d800-d900 and even grater with N1K.  I like long range shots set convergence to max and N1K is best long range shooter in AH.  My stats in N1kK are much better than any other plane - period. I still perfer to fly Spit (I know - I know). I am a confirmed TnB flyer and only in the Spit or N1k do I have a chance.  In all other planes I am just a flying target.  Back to your post.  Yes N1K's can and do kill at D900.
