From that Wild Buffalo Wings resteraunt chain?  Damn I went there a few weeks back when I was in Minnesota... was oh so depressed to find out they haven't spread to the west coast yet.  I'm about to order up a bunch of the sauces online and make 'em myself.

and for the record there is no such thing as leftover buffalo wings...kinda like leftover beer.... it just doesn't happen

Speaking of hot wings, I'm working on a good spicey wing sauce - kinda like a hobby.

It has to be a little thin, as I like to baste a lot when grilling.

This is what I got so far..

6 ounces regular white vinegar
a bit (2 ounces) of apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup yellow mustard
a bit  of Worcestershire sause
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 cup garlic powder
juice of 1 fresh lemon ( and a little zest)
1/4 cup of Masterpiece Barbcue sauce (original)
1 teaspoon of liquid crawfish/crab/shrimp boil
a bit of parsley
1/2 teaspoon of salt

I'm no chef but this taste pretty good if used as a basting sauce when grilling chicken.
