Close down the max security prisons.  Take each 3 time loser as he is sentenced, give them the cloths on their back, a short knife, and a parachute. Drop em on Cuba, N Korea,  Iran, or Syria.

Or make a trip once a year with a C-130, destination =any country that hates america that we are not happy with.


Ohh and if there are some who you REALLY don't want to see again, well, gee thats funny that their chute didn't open.



You could even ship em by boat to Cuba. Stop outside the 12 mile limit, nudge em in the back & say shores that way. Heck there is a good chance the sharks would get half of them right there. I mean after all, cuba did it to us, isn't it time we repaid the favor?

Not exactly a new idea though, penal battalions/regiments/platoons  have been around for centuries.

OK tell me this.

Do you really feel that someone who's just raped & murdered someones  daughter deserves rights? Really? I'm not talking about a fair trial, and I'm not talking about first time offenders. Notice I said "3 time losers", meaning guys who've been in the system for years. People who can't or wont change.

Anybody can make one mistake. No one should be allowed to make the same mistake 3 times.

Once you cross the line, attack and kill someone, you have proved you can not live in civilization & follow their rules. Then you should be ejected from it. You should lose any "Rights" that civilization grants. You should be kicked out of the country & not be allowed back in.

Besides, I'm tired of paying for those low life losers to sit in jail, get 3 squares a day, & watch TV.

So tell me true guys. If you were the father of a 19 yr old daughter who got raped, beaten, tortured & murdered.

Would you feel better knowing the guy who did it is sleeping safe in prison? (Until someone lets him out)

Or seeing him get kicked out of a plane over some desolate, hot, miserable country that hates ALL americans?

Bring back Public Hanging.  $100 should get you everything you need.  In addition, MOST criminals would hate the humiliation involved.
