Most of that is pretty well put from my perspective.

I expect there'll be a lot of fingers in the ears and "lalalalalalallalalalala" from folks that can't face it.
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!

The Republicans are just better at smear campaigns, plain and simple. No arguement from me.

^ and you are wrong.

Do you believe that all the "good" PR and marketing people work for the Republican Party, and the Democratic Party is left with Ma and Pa from the bake sale?

No. I think it just comes natural to Republicans...like a pig takes to slop.

What a joke. The pot and the kettle.

You yourself are noted for smearing Bush's Guard Service. You have become your enemy. Although perhaps your enemy became you.

makes you wonder if Bush hadn't invaded Iraq if the dumbacrats platform would be that Bush is weak, after all he's not a "real" soldier, and that war hero skerry will do the right thing and invade and protect us from the crazy sandmans WMD's - LOL

Well here goes some of my respect for Jimmy Carter..

These days, overseas opponents of America's war effort cite the agitprop movie "Fahrenheit 9/11" as if it were authoritative--and the Democrats treated the maker of that film as a hero at their convention, where he was an honored guest of Jimmy Carter.

Also this article makes me better understand some of the attacks against me by you bbs liberals, and hopefully will make you understand why I dont really give a damn about them. ;)

thanks for the entertainment. reading the nonsense you type and remembering the "discovery" of a college years dui arrest from thirty years ago a couple of days before the last election-hate to break it to you but the "modern" dems are the inventors and masters of the smear campaign. its tactic number one for them every time. dem senators and congressmen have leveled baseless insults at our cic and his cabinet that have no match coming from republican side.

rpm... the dems have the largest amount of smear tactics and the support of the "artistic" and the media..  they shoot themselves in the foot because they have so little respect for the inteligence of the average voter...  they think a huge lie like f911 will get swallowed and never be questioned...  when it collapses under it's own blated makers weight (as I said it would)   they are genuinely surprised.

The other thing is that libs tend to form their own support groups where no nutball theory or slander or lie is too bizzare for them to get the endorsement of fellow libs...  they actually start believing the f911 type crap before they have a chance to think it through.

The only problem I have with the article (other than it made me want to puke :)  ) is that he implies that the attacks on Cleland's patriotism were figments of the Dem's imagination.

Cleland's opponent ran pictures of him (Cleland) along side Osama bin Laden... as if the 2 were in cahoots.

The truth pointed out is that these slurs seem to stick (valid or not) to the dems and not to the reps.

Sad but true.
