I suppose but in order for NUKE's statement not to be empty rhetoric he would have had to be serious about Russia nuking Chechnya and the Arab countries because of one moronic cartoonist. I prefer to think that he wasn't serious.

I think the difference is that destroying the people of the nation that this attack came from will by default destroy the attackers, where the attack on the school did nothing but kill innocents. I agree with another poster about causing the continuation of agression, but in the case that the WORLD is in, it is a case of survival for the masses. If you do not see the continuing pattern then there is nothing that can be said to you.

I truly hope that it doesn't take the type of killing that it seems will stop the bullchit that is happening. Time will tell.

Russia probably won't be nuking anyone though you can bet there will be retaliation.

How do you prevent people like these ruthless murderers from targeting children when they believe it to be justified? I think it can be done. Might require murdering the families of all terrorists like the Romans did. I suspect that would probably work though I doubt many civilized nations would have the stomach for it. May come down to it though.
