agreed.  the eny limitier kick-in is too low.  been suggesting it should kick in when arena #'s are 350+

I have flown in the mornings before work here and there.  No limiter effect is on during this time for the low numbers, and guess what?   Yep, it is pure gangbang city.

I've got a better idea. Let's just have the ENY thing only active  on Sundays, that is the REAL reason it exists in the first place. Let's all be honest.

What would be the side effects of lowering the side switch lock time down to say....two hours? How about one hour?

Alot of posters seem to be hung up on the lock time after switching sides being so long. It used to be twelve hours. I think it's six hours now. Would more people switch sides if they new they could switch again after a couple hours or so?

I'm not one that "games the game" so it wouldn't matter to me that someone could switch sides with impunity but if the lock time was lowered would that help people keep the sides evened up and planes available without causing some new weird game play?

back in 2000 i think it was... Not sure anymore. The side switching time was around 1 hour i beleive. I think it was version .48? or .47?

Anyways... There would be too much whinning aobut spies and who is looking at whos CV's.

I've got an even better idea Zazen. Lets get rid of it completely. Just for testing purposes.

I would be very curious to see what happens. Its already there. All they'd have to do is just raise the numbers thing so it wouldnt ever kick in.

You are spot on!  that is one of the things i have been SOOOOOOO infatic about it's ONLY a Sunday problem that would have corrected itself naturally as Fall and winter set in.  Absolutely no reason to have tinkered.  Since the did then fine but let's back off a bit.

Limiter on at 350 should be tested.  When limiter is on Perk planes do NOT get cheaper and cheaper, they get capped.  Field/plane hardness...well that does nothing but make me angry!!

Point here...I am here to fly the P-51D.  It needs to be available MOST of the time.  I fly from 10-Midnight EDT.  No....I don't want to learn or fly something else.  No...I don't fly German crap or Jap junk.  I fly american.  Some Navy is fun when I need to soak my feet.  B model doesn't fit my needs.  Make it a "C" with Malcom hood and we'll talk.  Change countries?  NFW  I'll change Sims err....Games first.

The 51B and 51C are the same aircraft. They carry different designation because they came off different production lines.

I wonder.

What will numbers be like when the summer is over and people return from the nice weather out side to their PC's inside.

A big part of me hopes that the lack of numbers now in the MA is due to the time of year it is. Its the reason I dont play all that much now. But I can remember is summers past, nice or not out side, I would be in the MA fighting and having fun. I wonder what has kept many from logging in this summer.

At times, when you'd log in you could find 500+ players in the MA. Its no longer like that. I wonder why that is.
