Of course she will.  That doesn't alter my statement, though.

That didn't make national news, but a toddler being used as a political tool does?

Frankly, I condemn both the father and the shooter, but would probably pay money to see them square off without their children/firearm crutches.

What a coincidence, Mr. Parlock was there when the shooting took place.....must be some kind of serial victim or just maybe he's in the business of 'making the news'.

First of all, that guy is a jerk bellybutton for using his child at a Democratic rally to promote his political ideals. Brain washing at a young age, plus setting the child up for hurt. He is a definition of a jerk ass.

Secondly, all those people are jerk tulips too. They should have had restraint, especially in the presence of that child.

So in conclusion, two wrongs don't make a right and arguing about one aspect or the other being more wrong in this situation makes you a jerk ass.

And thats that, jerk asses.

I agree totally.  Bringing your child to that environment is a patently stupid move.  It doesn't excuse the behavior of the others, though.

Have to agree with MrLars here. I somehow suspect that he was pulling the real-world equivalent of a BBS troll, then started gasping and pointing when he gots the results he knew damned well he'd get. (Catelonia day, anyone?)

Anyway, this doesn't excuse the jackbooted simpletons who couldn't control their pack instinct long enough to figure out what he was up to. People are just predictable..especially the stupid ones.

There are some people who believe that this is a first amendment issue.

This is incorrect.

If I kick your bellybutton because I do not agree with what you said, I am not violating your first amendment rights, I am committing assault and battery.

It is not a first amendment issue because Congress passed no law abridging your right to free speech and allowing or compelling me to kick your ass.  I did it on my own, with no government sanction.

The kid looks like she'd rather be at home.

Reminds me of when my mom took me with her to court house to pay something and there were guys yelling and swearing. I was a kid and I don't think I should have been there in the first place, I would have prefered to be back in the family Chysler Imperial playing with my transformers.

On the plus side, I learned new words that day.

Great link Wilfred. Phil Parlock is a world class ultra melon with scrambled eggs. You know in his heart he hopes one of his kids actually gets hurt during these stunts so he can play it up. This guy needs his *** kicked. Using kids as pawns is a coward's tool.
