Of course a such flu could resurface some day again, but so far not during the existance of AIDS.
Friends, The 1918 Flu epidemic killed between 20 million and 45 million world wide depending on who you use as a source.
Currently the flu really just culls the herd, the 1918 epidemic decimated the planet.
