A safe bet? I think a safer bet is that there is no evidence at all to support her accusations. You did read that her accusations are in response to his of a multimillion dollar shakedown attempt, right? Time will tell.

Ya never know when someone as powerful as OReilly get's hit with something like this if it's true or constructed to take him down.....still, in my gutt, I somehow would not be suprised if this turned out to be true about him.....don't  really know why I feel this way....You would think someone with his level of success would know better. Still, power does have a way of corrupting a person.

here is the law firm handling her case...  I find it hard to believe her case is meritless with a pitbull that specialises in cases of this nature maybe took her case on a whim..

he most likely is seeing dollar signs but at the same time I can't see him go david vs goliath vs FOX news on merittless crapola..

Her accussations may be true, or they may be lies and/or distortions. A couple of interesting facts though: After much so called harrassment she left Fox and went to CNN. Her boss at CNN was then fired for sexual harrassment. She then goes back to work for O'Reilly. Seems peculiar to me.
