However after flashing the bios of the X800 Pro Vivo to turn it into an X800 XTPE
with clocks of 520/560 using these settings 24/7 score now is

5881, still a tad low but i cant be asked to get into volt modding the card or to change the vid drivers to ones that score higher for 3DM.

Fauxbra, your video card is seriously outclassing your CPU. That is the old Willamette CPU and it was an abysmal CPU to start with.
