Ancient hobbit-sized human species discovered

When it became the age of man we found these little things called hobbits.

They were unusual little creatures who claimed to have been responsible for saving the earth from some big evil.

So, as they were different and were claiming this unlikely scenario....we killed them.

seems like a smart thing to do.   as my friend Randy Neuman once said  "short people got no reason to live"

Frankly I amazed the AP picked up on this. The page I saw (the was posted here earlier) stated the find gave hope to "yeti hunters."  Yeti hunters??? That doesn't inspire confidence in the source.
