Only with the liberals,

and yes Sen. Robert Byrd Democrat  W va. is still in the senate and a former KKK member, he's fine thanks for asking.

How many black's in the Clinton admin, o ya NONE, how many on Kerry’s campaign team o ya NONE.

DR. RICE was professor at Stanford at 27 and the youngest provost in US history at 32. Served with BUSH I and is now 4th in line of assation to the presidency and the left can't handle the fact that it was the republicans that put her there.

lib's are cool with blacks as long as they know their place, and that’s at the voting booths not in their offices.

In 1986, while an international affairs fellow of the Council on Foreign Relations, she served as Special Assistant to the Director of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. In 1997, she served on the Federal Advisory Committee on Gender -- Integrated Training in the Military.

She was a member of the boards of directors for the Chevron Corporation, the Charles Schwab Corporation, the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, the University of Notre Dame, the International Advisory Council of J.P. Morgan and the San Francisco Symphony Board of Governors. And the press makes a big deal over the changing admin. of Bush, every president dose it.

And for my earlier comments about the lack of blacks represented in the Clinton admin, I should have clarified at what level were they placed?

Bush has put a Woman whom happens to be black 4th in line to the presidency.

tweety... now you are talking only about rape.  and... you are talking about rape only as it concerns the identifiication of black rapists by white female victims.

This is by no means anything like what you said earlier... this is a very small thing compared to overall crime and even overall types of crime.

So... are the white women lying in every case or is it mistaken identitity?   probly some of both.   I would say that in the case of lying they probly lie about white and black equally... they simply pick a convienient victim... mistaken identity?   I would say that it wouold overwhelmingly be white women being mistaken about black attackers more than white.

People tend to recognize and catalogue the features of their own race better than that of other races.   "they all look alike to me" is a common expression amoung all races.

now... in the case of a woman who can't distinguish racial features well.... she simply knows the attacker was negroid with the negroid features she catalouged.   She may have gotten the wrong black but I doubt that she got the wrong race.

I would also like to see the record of those poor unfortunate blacks who were wrongly convicted.... bet they had records.
