In the last 4 or five months or so? Computer died and then I started some remodleing around the house.... life happens etc... new controls new puter... but.. the game was getting a little less fun for my furball style when I left so I just found more excuses to not get on...

I did get a room addition done tho...

One of my squaddies kids visiting wants to see the game so I fire it up and do the downloads 9 megs or so..

try to remember how to get an F6 off the ground and take off from a carrier.. there is a furball!!! sorta. but I can't really tell what is going on because all the bars are black for both friendly and cons... so are the dot icons.

Don't know how to get em in color to tell who is who butr go to a place with sorta even bars.

Do ok but only because the guys I fight must be either new ore more rusty than me..

The kid asks how many I killed after the hour and I tell him there ios a score page. /.score doesn't work? go to the score page here and... says I died 7 times and got 9 kills.. I know I only died twice.. go to the stats page and sure enough... 9 kills and died twice.

How do I fix the icons and the bar dar? all the fields and such are the right colors just the dots and bar dar are a shadowy black.

You might try loading the latest set of drivers for your video card. What you describe is something that was pretty common for folks I think. You might poke around in the tech help section to see if Skuzzy has some things posted around that issue.

Don't have the exact path memorized, but keep in mind the AH2 colors are even murkier than in AH1, I've not seen the darbar overlay be truly green or red yet.

It should be something like Setup > something > icon display.

As I recall, the black dar bar/dots problem was caused by outdated graphics card drivers.

So ... did you have fun?

yep... had fun there were 2 carriers near two fields so you could get into the action pretty quickly. Is the score page broken? Stats are right but score was wrong so far as K/D.

puter is like 5 months old dell with 128 radeon 9800

Should run it nicely, still suggest you visit the ati website and get the latest drivers though.

New ATI drivers just came out last week. They might fix the problem.
