Recently in Iraq IIRC.  The mission was to support troops on the ground.  The forward air controller on the ground approved to strike because troops were reciveivng alot of MG fire from the building that was orriginally targeted.

The group that got bombed was a bunch of protesters or something but not entirly insurgents.  I pretty sure there was an investigation into this that's why the vid is all over the net.

That film has been around a while.

Sounds like complete BS. "I got numerous inviduals on the street" - "Take 'em out"..But the buildings were the target eh?

I have heard that this video relates to some sort of insurgent meeting.

That's what I read....troops on the ground were reciving fire from the building and ordered a strike on it.  The individuals appeared to come out of the building and the ground controller gave the clear to take them out.

They were not protesters from what I was told by people watching the live feed. These guys were raising hell for a few nights in a row when a Preditor caught them in the open. BUD11 was on station so it was a target of opportunity - Jollyrgr's unit was at the crater after they got vaporized. AK's, SPS's, RPG's in the remains - these were not peaceful folk going out for a stroll at 12am.

I wouldnt loose any sleep either way.  Pisses me off sometimes when a small bit of footage with no story behind it gets spun, by some bahgdad bob type, into a bunch of woman and children geting Killed.
