16bit color?

i remember back in AH1 you can change the resolution for 16bit color and it helped on FPS alot, is there anyway to do this for AH2?

try doing it from your desktop (ya know, rt click , properties, settings etc)
I don't know that it will make a difference, but i suppose it's worth a try.

There is a video8.cfg file in the settings folder that I've used to force a resolution.  It also has an entry for the colour depth - I'd imagine setting the variable to 16 would force 16bit colour.

You can however simulate 16 bit color by using a 6-bit per pixel LCD monitor instead of an 8 bit per pixel screen...  Buyer beware and all that, I have a beautiful NEC lcd that I got for a decent price and I get color banding pretty much everywhere now.  Bah.
Everyone I know, goes away, in the end.
