I have a question, how do I keep vulchers from picking off my goons (goons are my name for my ducks) when they are roaming the back yard, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Try some ostis. Might scare em away.

Theres this new product called a NetLag. I'm not sure who makes it or where they sell them, but they are great for keeping birds away from places!

If these birds are attacking your (live) ducks, they probably are not vulchers. I’m pretty sure that vulchers only eat dead animals. You probably have birds of prey such as eagles, hawks, chicken hawks, Cherry Pickers, Me Swallows or something. I know that in Alaska where Bald Eagles are prevalent, people cover the top of their poultry pens to keep the Eagles from killing and stealing their birds. If these hunting birds know that you have poultry, they will be back when they want an easy meal. Do a bit of online research to figure out exactly what kind of birds you are having a problem with.
Good luck.
