more than 4gms of tylenol in a 24 hour period is toxic.

two extra str tylenol is 1gm

tylenol + alcohol = no liver

Go to the dentist in the morning.

If I were you I would take two exedrin. If you don't have exedrin take two reg tylenol and two aspirin. And stop drinking, you don't to be smelling like booze when you see the dentist in the morning.

If it's a toothache they will see you asap, it is considered a dental emergency.

What a wussy. I use to eat like four of pure oxycodone 20mgs like candy with some cheap whisky called Jameson.

Had an impacted wisdom tooth not to long ago.  Anbesol works great.  (In the little glass vial.)

That's true, if you just had a filing anbesol will probably work great, should've thought of that.

But if it's a toothach caused by nerve impingement from an absess then topical stuff like anbesol won't be any help.

Damn. That's about all I ever used to prevent and cure headache hangovers in my 20s (and it was a very common concern then).
