Luxembourg isn't a real country, it's just a big bank with it's own town.

Ireland on the other hand is officially the second richest country in the EU and better than Switzerland which is another big bank. Norway does better but they have OIL
So as Luxembourg is not really a country we win.
You know why? By making the country attractive to US investment and by lowering taxes not least to corporations.
