Because of what I do, this type of house is my target market.  I visit them all the time.  Currently, I have a 30 million dollar remodel under contract, and several homes in San antonio in the 20 million range.  I also visited Dell's house while it was under construction; it is taxed at 110 million, actual cost closer to 200 mil.

We won't even talk about the compounds I have visited in the Aspen area.

Gunslinger, trust me, they have multiple of both.  Some of the things are just outrageous.  Full movie theaters, bowling alleys, indoor swimming pools and his and hers walk in closets larger than most peoples houses.

Well, there's only so much stuff you can fit into a 31,000 square foot house. :D

This one only had three indoor theaters, lol.

Did any of you guys go to the add an look at the pics? Beautiful place.

I'd think you are getting a lot for the 13 million.

Aha, so what?  Main question is always:

Why is the previous owner selling?

I think it's a new house.

I just stumbled onto it on ebay yesterday and thought it was interesting, that's all.

i think the real question is , how can anyone justify this extravagence when people in the world are starving.

The first world markets are a discrace to human rights and a totaly disgusting example of the main problem with our race.

other than that, i'd love to live there... :D

What a waste of money. A nice large home is one thing but thats a little over the top. Does anybody who builds that big actually know what they're getting into? Didnt MC Hammer spend like 20-30 million on his home just before he went belly up?

But MC Hammer was a moron and built his house in the middle of the slums.

At 13.5 million, this house probably is a good buy for what you get. It's in a popular area.

It is over the top, but I wouldn't mind living in it :D

Hey , I just had an idea.

If we could get 2000 people from AH to pitch in, we could buy the place for about 6500.00 each and use it as a party/torture pad during Kwanza.

We could also host the con there.

For some reason I was thinking they were asking 30 mill for this place. Take a tour of it nuke, it might be what you're looking for.
