I got there Dec '86 left Dec '89 straight to Korea.

Loved FRG for what I did see of it... spent most of the time looking at CZ/DDR.  I still have pics of the Coburg Castle...nice.

I did read the posts and I'm pretty sure I comprehended them correctly.  Are you mentally sound?

In any event, the cat in your avatar seems to be a pretty spot on representation.

I'm still in Ger.  I work at the Consulate in Frankfurt.  We changed from Hof to Coburg later could have been in 89.  I think you took over Hof.  We would base out of a BGS training kaserne in Coburg.

Heh goes to show how old you are Son if you can't named the cat in the Avatar.

BTW I'm very mentally sound, but you seem to be missing a few cards.  So go back to playing with Barbies and let the adults talk.

IIRC I think we moved base camps from MarkT to Hof in '88... Have you ever been to Bad Toltz?  Nice place.

Hof was a BIG change from MarkT.  Loved patrolling the Border Trace....LOL we lit up a CZ Base Camp in '87 on a OP in the middle of the night. Patrol Ldr had a Casiao Keyboard Player and had previously recorded a Russian Ballad... 2am Monday Morn he sets the speakers on the Jeep hood and sez "Watch this Chit" Hit's play... the whole freekin camp is on alert... poor bassturds.

:rofl
