Nope, not married, but sounds like she might be divorced with kids in the future
"Sandra Bullock's boyfriend, Jesse James, is caught up in a child-support battle with his porn star ex-wife Janine Lindemulder.
James and Lindemulder finalized their divorce on July 12 after breaking up when the blonde beauty was pregnant with daughter Sunny, who's now 10 months old.
But now Bullock has found that her boyfriend's past has resurfaced in an unpleasant manner as he battles over cash.
A source tells Star magazine, "It's been horrible for Sandra to see Jesse go through this trouble. It's not easy on her either. But Sandra's tough. She's standing by her man.
"The lawyers had the papers all in order and ready to be signed, and Jesse felt he was being more than generous, but then Janine came back and said she wanted $15,000 a month in child support."
"My lawyer came up with the $15,000 as a fair amount that Jesse should pay for his daughter," Lindemulder says.
She also brands James a "deadbeat dad" who "couldn't care less about Sunny."
James, who has a tattoo on his palm that reads "Pay Me," is the host of the reality show "Monster Garage" where he rebuilds motorcycles. Clients for his bikes, which range from $60,000 to $150,000, include basketball legend Shaquille O'Neal, model Tyson Beckford, musician Kid Rock, NASCAR start Kyle Petty, and NFL wide receiver Shawn Jefferson.
James has two other children from his first wife, Carla James."
