What worked for me was to _not_ use any substitues for smokes like gum or patches.

goodluck jb88. Ive been smoke free for 35 days now. Cant stand the smell of ciggys now. But, for some reason pipe tobacco is stragnly compelling

Well, cigaretts are banned, because they hold not only nicotine, I use the pipe tobbaco when I fail.
