On topic: This guy is going to fry when someone asks him why he didnt just drive the vehicle off the tracks when he decided to live.

Off Topic: Greencloud, could you please explain to me how Sacramento is included in "The Emerald Triangle"? I have always know the triangle to consist of 3 counties, Trinity, Humboldt, and Butte. Did the boundaries move and I missed it?

I have included the foothills of the sierra nevadas as .."Southern TiP'

the area has incresed the cultivation of medicinal herbs
