*by smarter, we mean intellectually superior...by intellectual, we are not referring to intelligence gained by outside agencies and brought to him.  we mean his personal human intelligence quotient, his ability reason and his ability to readily absorb information and process it.  advisors dont count.

He's certainly smarter than you.

well, having watched the most recent kerry debacle on meet the press, i would have to concede that he would have been just as bad.  (i have felt this way all along)

but then, this is only because weve had 4 years by which to gauge the lunacy of this one and hopefully (godwilling) to have tempered his little napoleon complex to a manageable degree.

id like to see him try to invade another one.  not sure hed get support from his own country this time, much less the world that so many of you claim to care nothing about.

I'm def. more logical then him, smarter, in certain areas yea, in other no, and money is inherited, therefor, he isn't all that succesful, his father plays a large roll, and I'm sure he's regretting it..

According to Issues 2000 Bush's IQ of 120 puts him above 90% of the population.

On the other hand, Marilyn vos Savant has me on retainer as long as I never take a sanctioned test and knock her off her lofty perch.
