Neil Young & Poncho Sampdero (from the Crazy Horse) - everything live - they don't have that kind of guitars on albums..
Janne Halmkrona & Timo Rasio - CMX live at Tampere 2000 - they also had a good twin guitar performance. Oh, and CMX is a Finnish band with Finnish lyrics so I doubt anyone has heard anything of them outside Finland.

Angus and Malcolm Young...
I love listening to Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds.
Stream - Sound Clip
You'll have to scroll down to disk 2, track 2. For some reason it won't play.

Jeff Hanneman & Kerry King
Guy Kyser & Roger Kunkel
Ed O'Brien, Jonny Greenwood, Thom Yorke
I'm more into guitarists who work together than the dueling solos types.

Not a duo of guitarists... but I recommend:
Janis Joplin & Jimmy Hendrix - Summertime. It's just better with JH.
