I'd venture a guess and say the guy meant text.. because even if Shane used Vox (which he doesn't), the guy wouldn't be able to see it.  

As for the veracity of his statements, I can't say.

Come to think of it now, you're right it wasn't vox it was all type.

Damn I'm only going to be here until the beginning of May, then I'm off to florida.  I'd sure love to meet up with ya for a game sometime though.

Q skool?  or some "other" tour?

Plenty of decent courses in austin/san antonio... altho more in AZ and Fla. I'm sure.

and teh biggest difference between ah and golf/pool is that the players *have* to have balls. :aok

Well....I was a pro...and carried a +3 at 1 time. But, alas life happened and I got a divorce. (Sorry POC woman to..thank god I finally got rid of her). ANY way...I quit playing for almost 3 years. So I just started playing again this past september. And by that I mean I started playing about 3 or 4 times a month.

My wife and I have now rejoined where I was a member and worked before. I have begun playing more and more and my HCP is now a 5. I play with a group of nimwits on Saturdays and other times when I get the chance.

SO..you have to gimme 2 a side I'd say. :lol

I don't think I can make it to AZ by May. If however on your way to Fla. you should make a stop in Texas , I would love to play.
No money is fine. I enjoy playing to play. My love for the game of golf is more than money games. A well struck 5 iron from 190 that just eats up the flag and stops dead or a Sand Wedge that just hits spins back..and nestles 5 ft. can make a round of golf. No matter what ya did the rest of the day the few good or GREAT shots you hit is what I think of. Missed 3 footers or an errant drive are frustrating..but that Pure shot...just nothing else feels that way.

Shane if you ever get a chance to play up here in Austin..let me know...I'd love to play GOLF with ya.

Just play to Play....Hustleing you outta money would be like you taking newbs to the DA and fighting them for 10.00 a duel. You could retire in no time. :rofl

I played the Quarry in San Antonio like 6 years ago in our conference championship.  That was one sweet track.
