All that stuff is lovely and can be healthy, if you are smart about it...

For example:

I eat 4 fried scrambled eggs for breakfast each day with 2 sausages some vegetables and orange juice.  I can get all of that for only 300 calories - less than a regular MCDonlads burger and all of it has almost no fat or cholesterol.

How?

I swap whole eggs with eggwhites (egg beaters) , use pam cooking spray instead of oil, the sausages are damed amazing Morningstar brand non-meat breakfast links and the juice is a low calorie powered mix. Vegetables come from this veggie burger thing I reallyt like. I put on Mrs Dash salt free seasoning and pour on some hot sauce for the extra kick both giving me tons of flavor without blood pressure rising sodiom. This is a whole plate of food, it tastes extremely good, is very heathly and only takes a few mintes to prepare.

Then I eat 4 more 300 calorie meals later in the day.

I have lost 65lbs since late october...

It can be done... You can have your tasty food and improve your health. :)

A Marine Gunny I used to work with apparently freaked out most of the MacDill AFB medical staff when they learned his cholesterol level was hanging around 500... until he explained to them it was it was nothing unusual for Eskimo's (like him).  Neat stuff that.

I was at a British pub watching rugby one saturady morning recently and they served nearly that same breakfast, even the roasted half tomatos.

This guy's been reading too much Robert Heinlein. Still an interesting theory though.
