Actually, working an average of 6 days a week, 10-13 hours a day kind of prevents me from doing anything.  Whatever days off I have are during the week, not weekends.  Crappy work hours but that's the price you pay for working in the gaming industry.

I disagree with all of that

Well.... it sounds pretty logical to me. I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree. You can go ahead and be wrong... we'll continue to be right.  ;)

No such word as "timidness" - it's timidity - so I guess I was overcome by the ego instead! ;)

Well, it was kind of a backhanded compliment, but it was a compliment.

Our flying styles are somewhat different, but you are good at what you do.  And more importantly, you aren't in here spouting off about what a great stick you are, which I respect.

Low Rank
« Reply #84 on: February 18, 2005, 05:37:13 PM »
I have been able to be in the top 10....and with more effort could do better, but it's a pain  :)

Check the score sheets...be sure to have scores for everything.....base captures, and, worst of all, the dreaded vehicle bombing percentage....something not always REAL easy to get.

Oddly, you don't have to be real good to have a low rank, just persistent and dedicated to each vehicle type and mission.

Forgotten, but back in the game.  :)

Me on the other I hate you all....:)

And love to kill more..

The D-9 ism NOT A TURN Fighter..You turnin dweebs that call a guy flyin a D-9 a runner then CRY after being picked..Oh well learn some skill..like E-management..

Oh well some might say take the Log out of your own Eye..before trying to pick the speck from anothers...:)

Yup, it would be kind of like an E-fighter pilot crying on 200 because some guy in a SPit5 had the sheer audacity to....turn!! OMFG!! ;)

Zazen

P.S. I have never, not once, ever in my 12'ish years at this heard an E-fighter type piss n' moan about a TnB guy turning, on the other hand the cryin' from the TnB types about E-fighters..E-fighting is always a deafening roar...I think there's some unresolved frustration issues in the TnB camp. ;)

If you've ever tried to chase down P 51s in a Hurricane, you'd know exactly what's wrong. :p

Oh, I know why they're frustrated, but they deserve to be, planes evolved to become faster and faster, not more nimble...If you're in a slow plane you'd better learn to love watching the wiggling tail of your opponent leaving you in the dust....If watching that really pisses you off and you refuse to fly a faster plane, you need psychiatric help...
