Legal reasons make perfect sense.

We don't have that madness here and probably never will, not at least in the same form. Showing pron images to persons who don't want to see them is of course bad form.

The rules are plain to see and are there for a reason.
Think about this say you are reading a thread and there is a picture of some neekid woman and a donkey.

About that time your 6 year old daughter walks up behind you and says daddy whats that women doing to that donkey!

If I had a kid and that happend I would be pissed off.

Unbelieveable. I just spoke with Airhead on the phone. He was warned about visiting this site after the last hotlink that was logged by IT. For coming here and posting this now (basically just for visiting the site), he's been canned. His boss was a total jerk and had it out for him anyway, but still, what a bummer. Airhead, I'm sorry if I was in any way responsible.

Here you cannot fire a person at will. If an employee breaks the law or company policy he must be issued 3 official warnings before he could be fired. If you are fired for occasional swearing it would not stand in court.

If a person feels that he or she is is harassed it would be up to the victim to file charges and the company wouldn't be held responsible unless it has ignored the victims complaints. The accused wouldn't be fired before he or she would convicted.

I think that our system is good and contributes to a more relaxed working place and better atmosphere. I can't imagine working in a place where you are under a constant threat of getting fired for the most unimaginable reason.

Screw Airhead, I have no remorse that he got fired from his new job. Now maybe he'll actually work for his money, like juggling on a street corner or singing about 40s so people will give him some change.

He's been suckling off the taxpayer's teet for too long, taking in disability because of a busted hip. He can still wheel his crippled bellybutton around, I'm tired of reading excuses from these deadbeats stealing our money about how they can't work anymore because of a small flesh wound.

It's all the more sweeter that he got fired for looking at porn too. How did he have time to be surfing this board anyway? Because he's lazy and doesn't do any work.

He is a drain on the economy, and was a drain on his employer. Deadbeat "cripple"!

well here i am to squash the thread (at least let the un-knowing what the real deal is).

Airhead is not in any danger for browsing anything on his PC during the work day.... why?

unless he is pulling a mr. black and outright lying about his entire life he is his own boss at his own small business.

the entire thread here is a gigantic troll, and my small contribution to it was mis-understood (the picture that was edited out). my intent was to "go along" with the troll saying airhead got "owned" at work, but it went over badly i guess.

now everyone and their brother jumping in and playing the troll even though 1/2 or more of them know the real truth.
