Plane Standart use
« on: March 05, 2005, 04:44:01 AM »
My suggest for new planes and planes in use.

1. Bring in more mid war (1942-1943) equipment and make them as standart use

2. Early war (1939 - 1941) equipment is for balance side strength and field use,
as allready is in MA for massed attacks from 1 field

3. Perk all late war(1944 - 1945) equipment with suitable perk points

Wouldn't it just be easier if we got a permission slip for the
aircraft we want to fly in advance?  We could even print out
standard forms so that the Plane Selection Overlord could
simply check yes or no.

@ Rino. A "Plane secletion overlord" ?

My thinking of this is only to use all
equipment in the arena and to control the
use of the only late war users called often
"uber planes" ;)

So, you'd like to limit everyone's choices to the era and planes you prefer. An outstanding idea, really. And an original one as well. Should we all get a permission slip to fly as well? And while we're at it, why not regulations on the number of planes and how high they can fly?

I don't want to regulate the alt with my
idea, alltough some rooks would need

My idea is only to make it easier to bring
in new early war equipment and regulate
the numbers of used late war equipment
with more use of perked material.

I think early war material need no use in
MA, if so much people use the late war ones.
With my idea all equipment is in use,
because of small regulations in numbers
and/or points.

 Why not?

Everyone's choices to the era and plane referring the RAF and USN, is already limited in the form of perked Spit14s, Tempests, and F4U-4s, while other 'planes of that era' are all free.

I don't see anyone protesting that as an unjust form of action. Egad, they actually prefer those planes remain 'limited', while their favorites of '44 and '45 are free for them to indulge in.

So, in all due fairness, if the RAF and USN is limited and people actually like it that way, then they should have no beef if the same logic limits their own favorite USAAF, LW, RA, VVS, IJN, IJAAF plane in the same manner.
