Engineers were discussing what kind of engineer God was.

They were leaning to God being a structural or mechanical engineer, the musclular / skeletal system being what it is. Then the looked at the nervous system and brain and leaned toward God as an electrical, computer or IT engineer.

Finally they decided that God was a civil engineer. No one else would put a waste disposal facility in the middle of a recreational area.
