Go to "alison's" website, she doesn't seem to be very devastated or even concerned about "Brian" or the fact that I questioned her about it. (of course, when she see's or hears about this post, she'll put something uo real quick, I'm sure.)

If Brian had been real and the story real, you'd probably expect to see a lot of grieving if anything at all.

What she is concerned about is maintaining her lies and explaining how she was duped by a 16 year old hacker who stole her ip address.

I'm standing by what I did. If I had not questioned them, the other shades accounts would not have popped up and chimed in.

I agreed with Skuzzy to take a different approach next time some looney bastard tries to pass off a story like this.

When that thread was pointed out here, I read about how completely miserable her life was.... and call me a gullible ***** but I felt just terrible about the whole situation.

Finding out that it was the result of some arse wanting me and everyone else here to feel terrible... Well, shreck him if Nuke hurt his feelings.  Or her, or whatever. I'm glad it didn't take a 3 month "investigation", and instead flamed-out in a matter of hours.

In a nutshell, this guy used the very real pain of some very real deaths of some very real Americans fighting a very real war.... simply to make us feel like 5hit.

It's more than just psycho...

Yeah, Nuke did indeed go to the mat with this... and he woulda been so completely screwed if the outcome were different. But he was right.

If the guy making these lies up was someone here that we knew, there is no doubt that we all would forget in an instant Nuke's style, and instead be preoccupied with trying to figure out just how much worse this BS was than Voss'.

Any individual who fabricates things to this extent  ( again, assuming thats the case) has some significant issues to deal with.  If you wish to stir the pot beyond what is so obviously way out of whack you might find yourself biting off far more than you expected.

I'm saying that if you are dealing with something on the edge you had best watch your step or risk paying the price.  You don't actually know what you are dealing with so don't put yourself at risk for no good reason.

Is it possible to NOT have your name on the casualty lists? Like if your family requests your name not be put on the list?
