I'm just hoping I can get in this year. Sat in traffic on Dale Mabry for 5 hours last year before they began turning people away. Man was I pissed.

Any tips for a fellow enthusiast? I just saw the Blues in Punta Gorda and would love to see the Thunderbirds back to back. I'll be coming from Sarasota.

There are three secrets to not spending 6 hours in traffic:p

Leave early, theres not much traffic at 7am
Dont go to the 1st airfest after a 2 year absence....the area was starving for it
Bribe yer old friend ALF into telling you the 'special' way that noone seems to know about...a better video camerca would be nice LOL

I will post the best way to get in Friday night, so Aces High players spend as little time as possible waiting. FYI: I went saturday and sunday last year, and both days left my house at 10am (the height of the traffic) and was in the gates by 11:30am....and its a 25 minute drive without traffic.

Airfest 2004 movies....see I do need a new camcorder
