it is johnny depp from the movie fear and loathing in las vegas

he has a cigarette in one of those holders in his mouth, thats what makes it look funny.

the movie was based on something buy hunter s thompson, and johnny depp plays hunter s in the movie

Thanks for the info. For the longest time I thought it was some sort of ancient helmet and the guy was swinging some sort of weapon.
