Got some nice shots from the 2000 Duxford show. I can mail them to you if you like. Freeware :)
SE5's, Avro 504, Sopwith Tripe, Hurrys, Spits, Blenheim, Lizzy, etc.

Just post an email.
It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)

Some images are rather big.
Nothing compared to the quality of yours, but some are still pretty good.

So what would the B25 actually do or be used for instead of the B26 or A20 we already have?  I thought we had everything the B25 could do covered by these two planes?

The glass nosed and MG nosed B-25's would be fairly redundant compared to the B-26 and A-20. The 75mm armed B-25, however, is a totally different animal. It would rip GV's to shreds, parafrags would make it wonderful against strats and towns, it could probably use that gun to good effect against airfield targets as well.

If the 75mm armed model was added to the lineup, it would probably be sitting right next to the Goon as 'required hardware for base capture' :aok

Not as fast but packs more of a punch. The B25H is an attack plane. With the 75MM and the parafrags and rockets, that and about 8 .50s up front it was a mean plane in the PAC. Alot of guys talk about the A26, but give me a B25H anyday of the week. I would lay havoc to any gvs around, feild captures with a few of these would be no problem.

B25 was told to handle quite delightfully also :)
And Parafrags, - for deacking or troop busting, hmmm....BTW they were around in Warbirds, so HiTech know how to-do, you see ;)

If I rememebr correctly from an old Wings episdoe on the B-25, the first models were actualy quite a bit faster than the later ones. Like the B-26 Marauder it had to be landed fast and ended up making a few widows. As its series prgressed the actualy widend the wings and made the plane heavier through its various laod-outs.

In some cases though from what I gather Wings didnt always get the correct information for their shows and the would have discrepancies on occasion.

I know using IL2/Pac Fighters for a reference is likely a Bad Thing (tm), but Parafrags in that game arent exactly a precise science, especially with no associated bombsight. They would, here anyways, likely be used in a full salvo, maybe .2 or .3 delay, and just carpet an area with them, which is why I say they would be good for towns and factories and the like.
