When you get a concealed carry permit, your prints are taken. I assume they are stored locally, and maybe even at the statewide level, but are those sent to the federales as well?
The three categories they list do not, on the face of it, appear to cover that situation.
Also, I understand that California takes thumbprints when you get your drivers license. Where do they go?
Finally, how does all this relate to IBIS?
