He will bail on you any chance he can get if he knows he can't win.

Well, whilest I myself am opposed to the fireing upon of a bailed pilot,  In his case I would say...Pop his silk, get the kill any way.  I mean If someone bails on purpose just to make you frustrated and acts as juvanile as he does, leading people on for a whole sector just to bail atleast killing him like that is better than wasting your time fro no kill.

BBQ it was the same night I was fighting you near A4. After the majority of the cons left in that area I turned towards one of our bases that was under attack. As I came in I saw one unknown con speeding away from the base towards A4 at about 4k. I came in at about 6k and rolled through. His icon came into view and then a few seconds later he bailed. There was another friendly con who was upping from the field he had just been attacking that was about 12k away.

But hey according to you I'm a liar.

DaddyAck I really don't care about the kill especially on XMarine. He'd just accuse me of using some gamey "trick". He did that for atleast 30 minutes after I beat his N1K earlier in the night when he had an alt advantage.

I'm not naming names, but I know someone who has actually moved a CV closer to the area where they bailed out in the ocean in order to receive a ditch instead of a capture  :D    Still think its hilarious, I really like the guy so I just give him crap.

If you want to be a score potato so be it, but I wouldn't be surprised or defensive if I started getting crap about it on these boards.  Its your money, fly how you like, but you run the risk of being labled "dweeby"  =)

C'mon now Cobra go back and read my post again, where do you see me calling you a liar? Why do you want to start a beef with me, I said that I doubt it happened like that, nobody is gonna bail out of their plane just because they see the enemy 6K away, I mean that just does not happen. And as for you fighting me I have no record of it at all, Cobra412 can't be your ingame name is it? Got to be something else.

I followed GTN for 4 sectors in his LA7 knowing he would run out of gas and I would then kill him as he tried to ditch. Instead he discoed on purpose. What a *****. What is the point of simply running for 10-15 minutes only to alt-f4? I'd guess he was laughing his head off, thinking how devious he was. Just about the same mentality as those who join other games which have freindly fire enabled and proceed to kill everyone on their team for fun. Seriously has anyone ever done a study those types of folks? Maybe they are serial rapists or something?

I think this is the new style for the score potatos.. same as the old style, really.

If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!

I doubt that this ever took place. 6K out, right.

Sounded pretty straight to the point if you asked me. With how he was flying that night and saying he'd bail if he was in trouble I can easily see someone doing this. He may be the only one but it was definately happening.

I don't fly under Cobra412 anymore. I haven't done so for over 5 months now. I fly under Erebus.

Lol,

Taking BBQ!!   You know, the most important food on the planet!  BBQ is certainly more important than how to squeak out more points from AH.  I never smoked (BBQ'd) a brisket but intend  to try.
