There has been a lot of TALK lately about whether this is a Flight game or a tank game or both.

We now have a way too find out.

Within the next 2 weeks the First ever GV SNAPSHOT will take place.No airplanes,just armour!

The snapshot is titled Breakout from LeninGrad.T-34's against Panzers,with M-3's with supply'z.

This will be a  NIGHT TIME Operation.Since most of the russian tactix deal with night fighting,we will use this too our advantage.

All are welcome too attend,would like too see all GV'ers there if at all possible.Finally we get our own Event after how many years?

So let's see how many GV'ers there really are in this GAME shall we.

Fredtex had a really good  idea,create a GV arena with nothing but Gv combat 24/7/365.If you think about it there really is no other TANK games out there on the market where you can fight with a large number of people in the same room at the same time.

I think that the good people at HiTech Creations should Exploit this and run with it.

So all those GV'ers out there get ready for a Night Battle like no other and more battle scenario's after that.

It's a tank game, air combat game, navel game.........basically any game you choose to make it.  That's the best part....your choice makes the determination for you :cool:

JNUK,i think this is turning into a very well known tank game.With the addition too the terrain detail  it has changed the ground warfare entirely IMO.It put's you in the command seat and has a real WW2 feel too it when you are traveling in Gruppen upon a target or targets.A lot of newer pilots can,t deal with the learning curve of flying an airplane in ACM,so they get in a Tank and Blaze some one with a Big @*$ gun.

For all that plan on attending this snapshot i HIGHly recamend you loading the Fin-Rus map offline and setting the clock too 05:30,multyiplyer -2  

That right "Total Darkness"!

Get use to it that's what we'll be dealing with.LOL and thats the only secret i,m givin away.

Too Nefarious,68Falcon,68KO,SikBoy a Huge .You guys deserve a 21 gun salute at the end of this event.

Klink, I was thinking.

I really dont think its a good idea to run it at night, I would reccomend running it Before Dawn going into Morning. , We havnt seen Night in a long time in the MA or the SEA, and I dont want people not to play just because its Night.

The first event I ever designed for the CM Team, was a Night Snapshot http://events.hitechcreations.com/snapshots/snapshot.php?snapshot_id=24

I ran it once, LOL, Aces High lacks a lot of Features to make night a truly realistic experience. True Night, is just too dark. Theres not enough light from the moon or stars, not like in real life, where a full moon can illuminate things hundreds of yards around.

And...I helped design a Snapshot awhiel back..PLOESTI...NOE B-24s Attkn Oil refineries...The Idea was the Luftweenies would be in Osties and M16s..spread around the refiniereies...They woudl be able to shoot at MAss of formations of B24s...then after we hit targte they could up in old 109s and 110s.....and chase us out of ploesti...Kikazzz
