Not sure what you mean by internal/external thrust vectoring.

The F-22 uses the exhaust nozzles to change the direction of thrust coming from the engines. ie, the nozzles themselves move up/down and are on the outside of the plane. Dont really know about the Russian version of thrust vectoring except it works in both yaw and pitch.

The actual tailpipe of these aircraft move. On the F-22, the thrust vectoring occurs inside the aircraft.

The tail pipes on the F-22 moves as well. I'm assuming by tail pipe you mean the tail end of the engine assembly which is the exhaust nozzels on jet engines.

The square part (for lack of a better term) at the back of the F-22 doesnt move. There is a thrust nozzle inside of that square exhaust shield though that does move. I believe its limited to a 20 degree field of movement.
