The whole cast and crew was in a bar I work at in Reno and my wife was the singer that night.  She is still scared to death she is going to watch the show and there is a spoof of a martini bar piano singer....................... ...

Was funny to see them in Reno.  They film it in LA and none of them had ever been here before, once they got picked up for a second season they all visited.

Pooh, the whole thing was like a bad flashback to my tenth grade year. NoDoz, Live D&D, the works. Sigh. Ah well, at least I never sank down to the utter depths of weeniedom by playing "Elfquest." :D

Only occasionally played D&D, had a buncha books though, my favorite was the Ravenloft setting.

For me in 10th grade was Jolt cola and all night games of Rifts, Always more partial to a plasma rifle then a sword.

What isn't funny is that I knew people that were into D&D that badly.... And the one thing they had in common was lack of
bathing skills...  Which could be taking roll playing way to far when you always smell like an Orc... And as one would expect these same people 25 years later are still single and basically a pay check away from being homeless.
