{Srini 11:23:05 AM} August, As u mentioned that the screen fell down and got LCD got broke, The LCD has to be replaced. However as i see that this type of incident is not covered under warranty, I will not be in a position to replace the LCD screen, And you will have to contact our OUT OF WARRANTY department for further support.

{Srini 11:27:03 AM} August, I see that this system is pretty old, Which was bought on may 2003. This type of incident will not be covered under warranty, Other wise i surely would have replaced it.
{ 11:28:13 AM} that is why i continued my warranty service. i am planning on buying a new one in the next 6 months but do not feel that i should continue to be a customer if dell will not support its existing hardware.
